About KADEN
KADEN is a platform in the UAE that connects riders with independent, registered businesses: bike workshops, mobile mechanics, spare-parts sellers and cycling clothing suppliers. KADEN does not sell parts or provide repairs itself. Each business is the seller of its own services and products and is responsible for them.
Your account
You need an account to book repairs or place orders. Keep your sign-in details private. You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that misuse the platform.
Bookings and repairs
Prices shown by workshops are their own. A workshop may propose extra work after inspection; it is only added if you approve it in the app. You pay the workshop when the repair is ready, by card in the app or at the counter.
Orders
Spare parts and cycling clothing are sold by the shop shown on the product, which confirms, delivers and invoices your order. Each order goes to one shop. Stock is reserved when you order. You can cancel an order until it is shipped; paid orders are refunded through KADEN support.
Prices and VAT
Prices are in UAE dirhams and include VAT where the seller charges it. The total, delivery fee and VAT are shown before you confirm.
Reviews and content
Reviews and photos must be honest and lawful. We may remove content or listings that break these terms, including products reported by other users.
Liability
KADEN is not liable for work carried out by workshops or for products sold by suppliers, except where UAE law says otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
